Cancellation, Termination, and Refund

Any party may terminate the attorney client relationship under the terms of the engagement agreement or as the law may permit. Cancellation of services may be requested by the Client by providing DP LAW written notification. DP LAW may also terminate representation where it deems conflict of interest exists, client fails to pay, or breach of agreement occurs.
